We love specialty coffee, in fact we live and breathe it.

We're not interested in convincing everyone to love coffee as much as we do, but we are interested in providing the best coffee experience.

For us it's all about flavour, because that's the true marker of quality. Selecting the best coffee, roasting it with flair and brewing to extract the most from it.

And when it comes to quality, owner and roaster Kade Sims knows all about it. In 2023 he travelled to Melbourne and passed the highly regarded Q Arabica exams. Kade is now licenced by the Coffee Quality Institute to grade coffee, and he's the only Q Grader in the Great Southern.

Roasting coffee is our strength and whilst we're serious about our work we like to have some fun along the way.
